I would like to introduce myself. My name is Glen Liscinsky, I am the owner of Premier Electrical Solutions. Karen Ellis is my business partner. Karen’s husband, Josh Ellis owns JCAB Contractors, who I’ve worked with for many years.

I was brought up around the electrical industry my entire life. My Father and older Brother were both electricians. At 18 years of age in 1981, I started my apprentiship with Local#488, a 4-year program. This JATC training is the most well respected in the industry, and I take pride in that. I became an Electrical Contractor in 2003, to 2014 while in Connecticut. I moved to Georgia in 2013 and obtained my Georgia Unrestricted Contractor Electrical License, #EN217653. In 2021, Karen and Josh approached me about once again becoming an electrical contractor, Premier Electrical solutions.

I hold Family values very close to my heart and through the years of knowing Karen and Josh, I feel they do the same. My youngest Son, Brandon works for me and someday when I retire, I’ll leave the company in his hands.

I’m hopeful you will consider us for your next electrical project and establishing a long-time working relationship with you. We specialize in design/build. Being an I.B.E.W. Billy Taylor

My name is Billy Taylor, I have 33 years of experience in the Electrical field. My experience is residential, commercial, and industrial work. I’ve built electrical services up to 4000 amps, motor control cabinets, control cabinets, and conveyor systems controls and drives.

As a foreman I’ve supervised many crews over the years. I’ve completed work at restaurants, apartment buildings, and condominiums.

I have installed electrical work at Chemtronics, Apollo, Aerosol Specialties, Losoreal, Pine Hall Brick, HB Fuller, Brentag, Baychem, LPS, AMC Dalton, Am-Rep, and Master Builder Solutions.

I’ve also traveled to Dubai to do electrical work.

Hello, I’m a 30-year member of I.B.E.W. Local# 613. With Premier Electrical Solutions, I am a part of the design/build and estimating department. I am looking forward to helping you with your electrical plans.

I have been lucky to travel around this great Country working on some of the most high-profile data facilities and power generation sites. Seven Local Unions, four I.B.E.W. Districts, I’ve held many QA/QC positions because of my attention to detail.
